Credits & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our team atΒ info@digabledelights.comwithin 12-24 hours following its delivery. We will do our best to try and correct the problem. Depending on the complaint, and within the sole discretion of Digable Delights, we will provide a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that product delivery.
Digable Delights may require either that you send photos or other forms of documentation before we process a credit or refund. We reserve the right to address any complaints or disputes in our discretion.If for some reason you experience a problem with your order, please email us at Β info@digabledelights.comΒ and we will work out a solution with you, which may include a refund.Β We can legally only accept returns that are unopened, and they are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
